That trouble can flow over into our lives, causing pain and heartache.
Our Christian counselors at Wisconsin Lutheran Child and Family Service (WLCFS) - Christian Family Solutions are here to help those who are hurting.
Since 1965 it has been our mission to “heal and help people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ.” Over the years, our ministries have grown and adapted to meet the changing needs of a changing world, yet one thing remains constant—our foundation on the solid rock of God’s unchangeable Word.
Our counselors are all state-certified and licensed, and each one has advanced training in a specialty area—for concerns like trauma, abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, marriage and family issues, PTSD, and so on. And because all of our counselors are Christian, they know that true and lasting peace can only come from our relationship with our heavenly Father. Each year we serve thousands of hurting people—children through adults—at our 14 Christian Family Counseling clinics throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. In addition to our Christian counseling services, we also provide assisted living facilities for senior adults, and an array of in-home care services for adults who need just a little bit of help in their homes.
What if you don’t live near one of our clinic locations? Not a problem! We are excited to also offer counseling via secure video (similar to using SKYPE™). All that is needed is access to a computer, a webcam, and a secure Internet connection. We thank God for the advances in technology that have made it possible to now provide Christian counseling services to anyone anywhere in the world—with no obstacles!
Remember how Jesus promised, “In this world you will have trouble”?
Well, he didn’t end there. Praise God. He went on to assure us,
“But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
